Sample: How could I get a sample?
We have to charge you for samples and their express delivery cost (if prepaid express delivery cost requested), then send samples to you. The prices of the samples are 50% extra on the quotation sheet. Express delivery charge depends on the quantity of the samples.
Note: we will refund the fee of sample since you place the order base on MOQ in the future. If more than one sample, how much we will refund depends on the order.
Price: could I get your price list?
Yes, please tell us the products (with their model numbers), quantity you are interested in, then we will send you quotation by e-mail.
Lead Time: How soon we can get the shipment?
We will arrange production since the order and payment be confirmed. So all products are brand-new produced, we will take 15-25 days to arrange production and book shipping. Estimated time of arrival depends on the destination port.
MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity): what is the minimum order quantity?
Usually 500pcs each model, but not fixed (otherwise, our company will take it as sample order).
Payment Terms: How we arrange payment?
Two kinds of payment:
T/T: Telegraphic transfer (wire transfer), 30% down payment, balance to be paid before shipment;
L/C At Sight: Irrevocable letter of credit at sight. (It is applicable if your order amount is equal to or more than US$50,000)
Shipment: what kind of shipment will you use?
We usually ship the products by vessel via our shipping agent; we can ship the products to any destination port of the world. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Shipping Insurance: how to arrange shipping insurance?
We can arrange shipping insurance for you.
Goods Quantity or Package Damage Complaint: how to make a complaint of quantity shortage or serious package damage for delivered shipments?
If you find the problems of quantity shortage or serious package damage for your shipments just delivered, please contact us ASAP. You are requested to inform us within 30 days after the arrival of the relative shipments or we will accept no responsibility for these problems.
Drop ship: do you drop ship?
We cannot do drop ship, the quantity for drop ship is usually small, the handling will be high comparing with the small quantity.
Sole-Distributor: what about the terms to become your sole distributor in our city, area or state, country?
If you can sell our products worth US$ 10,000 ---- 50,000 per month, you can become our sole distributor in your city or area; if you can sell our products worth US$ 50,000 or above per month, you can become our sole distributor in your state, if you want to be a sole agent in your country, negotiable.
OEM or Custom Order: could we place order by OEM style to produce our own brand products in your factory?
We welcome OEM or Custom Orders. What you need to do is to send us the Drawing of your style with requirements or your ideas and then we will design for you.

Email order details to Sales Department including items model number, quantity, destination port (if CNF, CIF or other terms requested, we need it to calculate the shipping cost), selling countries, consignee's contact information including detailed address and phone, fax number and email address, notify party, etc.

• Warranty and Quality Guarantee (applied to TOPSON skateboards)
Each TOPSON skateboard comes with limited warranty on manufacture defective parts. TOPSON skateboards are manufactured to the high standards using quality components. Under normal use TOPSON skateboards will last for many years. For better supporting after service, we always send 2% free spare parts together with the shipments of the orders basing on MOQ. If any part covered by the warranty fail due to manufacturing fault within 6-12 months (warranty period depends on which model you buy) of being purchased by users, we will send the replacement parts by certain method against communication if these parts are not included in the 2% spare part s or the 2% spare part s used up. Evidence photos may be requested to be presented.
We will not be responsible for any costs, losses or damages incurred as a result of loss or use of the product.
The warranty excludes wear and tear encountered in normal use. Wheels, brake boots and grip pads are excluded.
This warranty is subject to the following limitations:
- Warranty does not apply to boards broken due to misuse, chainsaw damages, vehicle damage, dropping from airplanes or other practices of undue stupidity.
- We will be not responsible if the skateboard has been altered in any way. Any attempt to dissemble will invalidate the warranty.
We do our utmost to not only ensure that all our products maintain our high quality levels of production, but more importantly meet the demands and needs from our customers.
If you should experience any questions regarding quality or product failure, you are entitled to make a complaint to our sales department.
